Charlotte Telaga

Charlotte Telaga, 86, of North Little Rock, went into eternal rest Saturday, July 24, 2010 in Burnsville, Minnesota. She was born May 24, 1924 in Renda Visa, Russia. Known to all as a devoted and fair mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also known to be a wonderful cook whose recipes were loved by all. She loved gardening and yard work so much that she worked for the Arkansas Forestry Commission for many years. During her life she was known to be very feisty and comedic and loved all people. She was always the one to put a smile on your face.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Telaga of Little Rock and daughter-in-law, Nan Telaga of North Little Rock. She is survived by two sons, Michael Telaga and wife, Susie, of Alabama and Jimmy Telaga of North Little Rock; one daughter, Maria Hight and husband, Tim, of Minnesota; grandchildren, Chris Telaga and Carrie Phelps of Alabama, Brian Hardcastle of Minnesota, Tad Hight of Minnesota, Stacey, Kelsey And Marshall Telaga of North Little Rock, Maggie Switzer of Maumelle, Shelley Ellis of Scott; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Caliegh Phelps, Garrett and Maggie Telaga all of Alabama, Bailey Ellis of Scott.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com
