Charlotte Sue Martin

Charlotte Sue Miller Martin, 66, of East End, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023 surrounded by her family. Born on November 29, 1956 in Little Rock, Arkansas to C. Frank and Rita Malone Miller, Charlotte was one of 7 siblings. She attended welding school and would meet the love of her life, Billy Martin, as coworkers while working at Arkansas Modifications. They would marry on January 18, 1980. Billy and Charlotte would build a beautiful life together with their 3 children, whom were the center of their world.

Charlotte loved being outdoors. She was an avid hunter, loved camping, and trout fishing. Amongst her most cherished memories are of she and Billy loading their children up to take on date nights with them or even throwing sleeping bags, skillets, and breakfast into their station wagon and taking a quick family camping trip. She was an exceptional seamstress, cook, baker, hostess, mother, and friend. She could fix anything and everything. "If you told her she couldn't, she would."

She is preceded in death by her parents C. Frank and Rita Miller, and a great-granddaughter Juanita Ausbrooks, and siblings Julie Miller, Chuck Miller, Becky Miller.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 43 years, Billy Martin; children Mike Ausbrooks (Becca), Tom Ausbrooks (Brianna), and Robert Martin, all of East End; grandchildren Elizabeth Ausbrooks, Sam Ausbrooks, William Ausbrooks, Josh Martin, and A.J. Ausbrooks; great-grandchild Sammy Ausbrooks; siblings Dixie Smith (Phil) of Houston, Texas, Sarah Davis (Keith) of East End, and James Otis Miller (Mary) of East End; and a host of extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.

The family will hold a memorial service at 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 18, 2023 at New Hope Church of the Nazarene, 5519 Atwood Rd., Little Rock, AR 72206.
