Charlotte Ann Furqueron

Charlotte Ann McCaskill Furqueron age 95, of Arkadelphia, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022. Charlotte was born March 3, 1927 in the Manchester Community, one of ten children to Charles Neill and Willie Strong McCaskill. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Charlotte enjoyed painting, quilting and craftwork. She was an exceptional seamstress and furniture upholsterer. Charlotte took great pride in her work and it was reflected in her workmanship. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John Welch Furqueron and nine brothers and sisters. 

 

Survivors are her children, Ann (Frank) Scotti of Sarasota, Florida, Medena (Jerry) Thurman of Dallas, Texas, J. Phillip (Cherry) Furqueron of Midland, Texas and Neil Welch (Christy) Furqueron of Little Rock, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Kelley (Joe) Roman, Corey (Tammy) Wessel, Eric (Rhiannon) Thurman, Hayley (Kyle) Holmes, Cole (Fiancée, Ivania Fernandez) Furqueron and Connor (Katy) Furqueron; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

 

Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, October 13th at Rose Hill Cemetery in Arkadelphia with Bro. Danny Harmon officiating.  Visitation will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 13. Arrangements are entrusted to Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home, 517 Clay St., Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
