Charlotte Fay Davis Cannon was born on February 9, 1942 in Morton, Washington. She passed away on April 24, 2025, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Patterson (stepfather Pat Patterson), father, Ray Davis (Wilma), brother, Ronnie Davis (Betty), and husband of 58 years, Doyle Edward Cannon.
She is survived by her daughter Tamara (James Tate) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, son, Kelly Cannon (Danielle) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, granddaughter, Tracy Young (Richard) of Nevada City, California, grandson, Kevin Tate (Mikayla) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Charlotte was an LPN who worked for many years as a school nurse for the Ouachita School District in Donaldson, Arkansas, she eventually retired from the Arkadelphia Human Development Center. She donated her time to serving her community with the Ouachita Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses in Arkadelphia, AR. She loved shopping, traveling, eating ice cream, and most importantly, spending time with her friends and family.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 in Ruggles Wilcox Chapel. Visitation will be prior to service at 1:00 p.m. in Ruggles Wilcox Chapel.
