Charlie was a loving husband and father who never met a stranger. He always helped others that needed him and loved to be on the water and in the woods. He had a vast knowledge about almost anything especially nature and mechanical things. Eight years was spent as a volunteer sheriff serving and protecting others.
He was never anyone except what you see, never pretending to be something else. Thru his job, he met almost everyone. He will be missed by all of us and loved always.
He is survived by his wife Geneva Thompson; children Tammy Khan, Lisa Ayubi, Charlie (Chuck) Thompson, Brenda O’kefe, and Christopher Waddle; grandchildren Siraj Khan, Imran Khan, Cari Ayubi, and Vaseem Ayubi and many great grandchildren.
