Charles Walters
Charles "Chuck" Walters age 70 of Hot Springs died Thursday, March 18, 2010 in Little Rock. He was born May 6, 1939 in New Edinburg, AR the son of Harley and Derfla Cathey Walters. He was a retired supervisor for Alcoa Aluminum in Benton, AR and a longtime employee of Oaklawn race track in Hot Springs. He was preceded in death by his wife Marsha Lee Walters.
Survivors include one son, Chris Walters and his wife Elizabeth of Greenbrier, AR, three sisters, Edith Clements of Linden, TX, Lori Evans and Dianne Scott both of Hot Springs, two grandchildren, Christopher and Lauryn Walters.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 Sunday, March 21, 2010 at the Diamondhead Community Church with Rev. Mike Fikes officicting.
Memorials may be made to the Chuck Walters Memorial Fund at Diamondhead.
