Charles Tenney

Charles Schuh Tenney, 73, of Little Rock, passed away March 27, 2012. Born in Little Rock to Martin D. and Josephine Schuh Tenney, he was a U.S. Army veteran and owner of Tenney and Associates. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and the Greater Little Rock Optimist Club. He enjoyed his volunteer work, especially as a Downtown Navigator. His favorite times were spent traveling, spending time with family and rooting for the Minnesota Vikings.
Preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Shirley Simmons, he is survived by his wife, Elaine Halvorsen Tenney; son, Charles "Chuck" Tenney and wife, Bridget; daughter, Michele Crouch and husband, Rob; brother, Martin Tenney and wife, Myra; sisters, Melba Swoyer and husband, Ken and Robbie Brannon; and three grandchildren, Jozie, Lainie and Maggie Crouch.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Msgr. Francis I. Malone on Friday, March 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, followed by interment with Military Honors at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Visitation will be Thursday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m., with the Rosary at 7:00 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.).
