Charles Taylor

Charles William "Chuck" Taylor, 53, of Little Rock, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2009. He was a U.S. Army veteran, served in Desert Storm, and retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard after twenty years. He was employed by Southern Wholesale Florists, a member of VFW Post 9095 and of Western Hills United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Douglass Taylor; son, William Douglass Taylor; daughter, Alisha Marie Taylor; granddaughter, Samantha Blessing Taylor, all of Little Rock; and a host of loving brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be Sunday afternoon, March 29 from 3-5 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. Services will be held at Western Hills United Methodist Church, 4601 Western Hills Ave., Little Rock on Monday, March 30 at 12:30 p.m., officiated by Rev. Sylvia Nosic. Interment with Military Honors will follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Memorials may be made to the church or to VFW Post 9095, 1121 Gamble Rd, Little Rock, AR 72211.
