Charles Ray Reynolds, 77, passed away August 20, 2009. Born July 27, 1932 in Dallas, Texas to George A. and Verna Sanders Reynolds, he served four years in the U.S. Air Force and worked as a meatcutter for Kroger for 18 years. He was a member of Parkway Place Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Katherine Lane Reynolds; sons, C. Scott Reynolds and wife, Judi of Colorado, Steve C. Reynolds and wife, Lili of Little Rock and Brian K. Reynolds of Missouri; brothers, Albert Leroy Reynolds of San Antonio, Texas and James E. Reynolds of Sardis; sister, Dorothy McMurray of Texarkana; grandchildren, Di, Amanda, Addi, Kati and Gavin and great-grandchild, Ainsley. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Sandra Abdulah and two grandchildren, Krista Lynn Reynolds and Tiffany Danielle Reynolds.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m.,Thursday, August 27 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock, officiated by Rev. Allan Greer and Rev. James Wilson. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park at Alexander. The family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, August 26 at the funeral home.
