Charles Edward Russell, age 90, of Conway, died Thursday, April 2, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Virginia Lee Cowling Russell; their two daughters, Rosemary Russell Tiggemann of Duluth, Minnesota and Andrea Russell Lien of South Range, Wisconsin; seven grandchildren and three great-grand children. Inurnment services will be at the Oneota Cemetery in Duluth, Minnesota at a later date.
