Charles Cleveland Duncan, 66, a U.S. Navy veteran, departed this life on Saturday, July 25, 2015. Survivors include a daughter, Johnnie Lollis (Larry), three grandsons, three great-grandsons, one brother and one sister, and a host of other relatives.
Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Thursday, August 6 at 11:00 a.m. at Ft. Smith National Cemetery.
