Charles W. Biederman Jr. age 90 of Arkadelphia died Sunday, October 26, 2014. He was born November 4, 1923 in Hickman, KY, the son of Charles W. and Johnnye Porter Biederman. He was a retired engineer for Reynolds Metals. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Philippines. He was a graduate of LSU with a Masters Degree in Engineering. He was a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Elizabeth Ware Biederman, one son, Charles W. "Billy" Biederman III and his wife Allison of Helena, one daughter, Barbara "Lynn" Hansard of Arkadelphia, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services with military honors will be 11 AM Wednesday, October 29 in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. C. B. Baker officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements. Sign on-line guest book at www.ruggleswilcox.com .
