Charlene Corzine
Charlene Corzine, 89, of North Little Rock, passed away Friday, September 19, 2008. She was born May 5, 1919 in Beebe, one of seven children. Charlene was a member of 47th Street Baptist Church for 25 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Corzine, Sr.; son, Milton Corzine, Jr.; and all her brothers and sister except one sister, Maxine Austell of Reform, Alabama.. Other survivors include three daughters, Betty Hamilton of North Little Rock, Mary Jo White of Atlanta, Georgia and Judy Hoggard of Festus, Missouri; one son, John Corzine of North Little Rock; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are John Hamilton, Christopher Hamilton, Tim Hamilton, Taylor Lunsford, Matthew Hoggard and Jason Corzine.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Lakewood Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com .
