Celia Acrey
Celia Graham Acrey age 100 of Arkadelphia, passed from this life Wednesday, March 4, 2015. She was born in White County March 11, 1914 the daughter of Dr. Daniel W. and Addie Smith Graham. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Acrey and one son, Bill Acrey.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Acrey of Curtis, AR and Glen Acrey and his wife Linda of Butlerville, AR, one daughter, Linda Ashford of Benton, ten grandchildren, Debby (Eric) Allen, Becky (Andrew) Ploeger, Peggy (Chuck) Stewart, Vickie Acrey, Jody (Cassandra) Acrey, Margaret (Tony) Chavez, Cash Acrey, Carrie (Nate) Parsons, Chris (Dena) Curtis, and Staci ( Chad) Newell, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by a daughter-in-law Nina Acrey and a sister-in-law Marian Graham of Paradise, CA.
A celebration of Mrs. Acrey's life will be 3 PM Saturday, March 7th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with burial in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2 PM Saturday till service time at the funeral home.
