Catherine Teresa Welsh Wexler, 76, of Jacksonville went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 8, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Richard Charles Wexler; and her son, Richard Charles Wexler, II. She is survived by two sons, Alan (Janice) Wexler of Cabot and Michael (Joyce) Wexler, of New Mexico; daughter, Sharon Davidson, of Cabot; two sisters, Veronica Neisner, of California and Patty Ann McCorkell, of New York; three brothers, John Welsh, William Welsh and Bobby Welsh, all of New York; six grandchildren, Stephanie Deiters, Jessica Davidson, Kayla Davidson, Kelsey Wexler, Richard Wexler III, and Megan Wexler; and two great-grandchildren, Alyssa Diaz and Anthony Diaz.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Arkansas, 10411 W. Markham, Ste. 130, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 or St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, 505 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
A memorial mass will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday at St. Jude's Catholic Church, 2403 McArthur Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas. A memorial rosary will be held 6:00 p.m., Thursday at the church.
