CasSandra Lyn Collier, 46, of North Little Rock died peacefully on Sunday, November 13, 2016 surrounded by her family. CasSandra was born October 4, 1970 in Oklahoma City, OK.
CasSandra is preceded in death by her father Gary Crook, grandfathers, George Collier and Phillip Perkins.
CasSandra is survived by her parents, Gary Collier and Linda Collier; brother, Daniel (Angela) Collier; sister, Whitney (Clint) White; and grandmothers, Faye Collier and Myrna Perkins.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home with a reception to follow.
