Carthel Hodges
Carthel Jackson Hodges, Sr., 69, of Romance, Arkansas, was born December 22, 1938, at Griffithville, Arkansas, to Rufus and Guyneth Jackson Hodges, and he died Wednesday, December 17, 2008. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and Past Master of Rose City Lodge.
He is survived by two sons, Carthel Hodges, Jr. and wife Valerie of Romance, and Jason Hodges of Wye Mountain, Arkansas; two grandchildren; and one sister, Linda.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2008, at Gray Cemetery, conducted by El Paso Masonic Lodge No. 65 and other lodge members.
