Carroll Posey
Carroll Roath Posey, Sr., 91, of Little Rock, went home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2016. Born September 14, 1924 in North Little Rock to Carroll Amos Posey and Angie Henson Posey Rea, he was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Crystal Hill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Christina; children, Nancy and Gordon Apple, Dolores and Bill Burns, and Carroll and Cindy Posey; sister, Sadie Varnell; eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, February 12 at 10:00 a.m., followed by the service at 11:00 at Crystal Hill Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Larry Ballard, followed by interment at Crystal Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Crystal Hill Baptist Church, 18823 Crystal Valley Rd., Little Rock, AR 72210.
