Carroll Murry, 87, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, September 27, 2008. He was a veteran of WWII and a lifetime member of the First Assembly of God Church in North Little Rock, where he served as Deacon, Sunday School Superintendent, Sunday School Teacher, and faithful attendee. He was employed by the US Postal Service for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Joye Murry, of North Little Rock; three daughters, Charlotte Murry Noles, of North Little Rock; Betty (James) Booth, of Meridian, MS; and Sarah (Duane) Childers, of Sheridan; one son Greg (Karen) Murry, of Conway; ten grandsons, one granddaughter, and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, David Murry, and two brothers, Randolph Murry and George Murry.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at First Assembly of God in North Little Rock. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
