Carolyn V. Sanders, 76, of Redfield, AR went home to be with our Lord on September 6, 2018. Carolyn was born May 17, 1942 to the late Walter and Orpha (Benson) Howard in Little Rock, AR.
Carolyn loved to fish, sewing and playing the piano.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leon Howard; sister, Linda Rice; and grandson, Randy Taylor.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of twenty-six years, Orville Sanders of Redfield, Arkansas; three children: Danny Lee Ashley of Redfield, Tammy Taylor of East End, Arkansas, and Patricia Wilson of Hot Springs, Arkansas; one step-son, Orville Sanders, Jr. of Cabot, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; two brothers: Robert Howard of Little Rock and Clayton Howard and wife Bernice of Prattsville, Arkansas; and a host of family and friends who love Carolyn and will miss her always.
Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton. Funeral service following at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Chicot Cemetery, Little Rock.
