Carolyn Marie Mallett

Carolyn Marie Mallett, 84, of Damascus, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 1, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born July 3, 1938 in Holcomb, Missouri to the late Willie Eskew and Gladys Posgrove Eskew. She is preceded in death by her two siblings, Hubert Willie 'Bud' Eskew and Lorene Carlile both of Missouri.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Frank H Mallett of Damascus; 3 children, Mark Mallett and wife, Olena of Damascus, Theresa Barnes of Damascus and Allen Mallett and wife, Michelle of Vilonia; 6 grandchildren, Kevin Barnes and wife, Samantha, Josh Barnes and wife, Jenna, Raeann Mallett and fiancé,' Ty Marshall, Den Makarenko, Matt Mallett and Luc Mallett and 2 great-grandchildren, Jacob Barnes and Abigail Barnes.

She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Carolyn was the rock of her family and nothing made her prouder than being a wife, mother and grandmother. She will be remembered for her dedication to her family and being sweet and kind to everyone she met. She will forever be in our hearts.

A funeral service celebrating Carolyn’s life will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 505 Hwy. 225 W, Greenbrier, Arkansas on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. officiated by Dr. Martin Jameson. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Mallett Town Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Barnes, Jacob Barnes, Joshua Barnes, Ty Marshall, Steve Mallett and Chad Mallett. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Mallett and Gary Mallett. Arrangements by Griffin Leggett Funeral Home, Conway. www.griffinleggettconway.com.
