Carolyn Hill
Carolyn Jo Hill, 74, of Mabelvale went to be with the Lord February 6, 2020. She was born October 21, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Carolyn loved the Lord with all her heart and was a member of First Pentecostals of Benton. She was a prayer warrior who spent many years on her knees praying for her family and friends. Many of her prayers were recorded in prayer books she would keep, with dates of baptisms, answered prayers, and blessings documented. Carolyn was affectionately named "The Cook" at Capital City Christian Academy where she prepared lunches for the school and meals for Word Aflame church. Her memory will live on in her family- all those who called her sister, mom, Nanny, Aunt Pee Wee, Momma Carolyn, friend, and so much more. Our hearts hurt, but we also rejoice knowing you are walking on streets of gold.
Preceding Carolyn in death are her husband, George Robert Hill; son, John Thomas Fowlkes; and parents.
Left to cherish her memory are: daughter, Alana Kaucher and husband John of Mabelvale, Arkansas; grandchildren: Amanda Lepper and husband Chris of Alexander, Arkansas, Courtney Krone and husband Tyler of San Angelo, Texas, Olivia Bradshaw and husband Kevan of Mabelvale, Nick Kaucher of Mabelvale, and Sam Kaucher and wife Whitney of Mabelvale; great-granchildren: Aiden Kaucher, Boston Lepper, Oliver Bradshaw, Charlotte Lepper, and Elliot Bradshaw; two sisters: Barbara Boyles and husband Bill of Mayflower, Arkansas and Lynn Bryant of Borger, Texas; niece and nephews: Misty Norman, Corey Carmical, and Jerry Bryant; great niece and nephew, Lindsey Maxenbergen and Spencer Carmical; and many family members and friends who love Carolyn and will miss her always.
Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Monday, February 10, with memorial service, officiated by Rev. Burl Crabtree, following at 11:00 AM, at First Pentecostals of Benton, 16412 Interstate 30, Benton, Arkansas.
