Carolyn Faye Blake, 66, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018. She was born September 22, 1952 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Floyd Thomas and Shirley Conic.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Blake and her parents. She is survived by her sons, Floyd and Jarvis Conic; daughter, Guiwonna Wilson; sisters, Patricia Jordan, Shell Kidd, Sharon Hall, Terra Buckner, brothers, Darrell, David, Kenneth and Kevin Buckner; grandchildren, JaQuantre', Jarvis II, Barbra, Zakiyah, Jacilyn, Taleya, and Xithlali; three great-grandchildren; and other family, friends and loved ones.
A Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 5, 2018 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel.
