Carol Wingfield

Carol R. Wingfield, 61, of Maumelle, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2010. She was member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock and a teacher at Bayou Meto Elementary School. For 38 years Carol loved teaching her second grade class. She was going to retire this summer so she could spend more time with our new grandson, James Robert and teach him to read. She can now join the angels looking after him every day.
She is survived by her husband of ten years, William "Bill" Wingfield; grandchild, James Robert Vogel; step-daughter, Jennifer Vogel both of Conway; and sister, Linda Haney of North Little Rock.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday in North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
