Carol A Fuller

Carol A Fuller, 68, of Little Rock passed from this world on May 26, 2022. She was born to Rose and Charlie Fuller on May 14, 1954 in Puerto Rico. Her legacy of love and generosity started early and continued throughout her life.

Carol always found time for those who were less fortunate.  She made cookies and gave away clothes to the homeless. The back of her car looked like a Goodwill store with everything sorted and labeled.  Not once in her life did she ever think of herself, but was always concerned about others in need. Carol loved going to her church, Rock Creek and being part of their Bible study program also known as “Small Group”.

She first met Danny at Northern Burlington High School in New Jersey back in 1970. They were an instant team and married in 1974.  Danny reflects they only had two disagreements in 50 years because they always made their marriage a 50-50 thing. She helped him finish his last year of college and he returned the favor by putting her through college and dental hygiene school. She worked with Dr. Phelan for over 35 years in Benton. Carol loved her patients and knew the family tree of everyone that entered the office. Maybe her one flaw was her desire to be perfect in everything she touched. No one left the dental office with a nanoparticle of calculus left on their teeth.

Carol was a truly beloved wife of nearly 50 years. She and Danny raised an incredible son, Christopher and her last thoughts were of him, his wife, Jenny, and two super awesome grandkids, Lexi and Christian.  She is also survived by her parents, Rose and Charlie Fuller; brothers, Jim Fuller and Wayne (Kathy) Fuller; and sister, Brenda.

This angel on earth was stricken with pancreatic cancer and fought tooth and nail against a horrible disease. Throughout the chemo and radiation sessions at CARTI she was always positive and refused to give in to the cancer and pain. The CARTI people were incredibility friendly, caring, and informative.  Carol requested that in lieu of flowers you make a donation to CARTI.  Please remember all the fun and good times you had with her. We will have a simple ceremony and receive visitors to celebrate her positive and productive time on this earth on Tuesday May 31, 2022 from 6:00-8:00pm at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home.
