Carol Ann Fernandez, 52, of Conway, passed away January 21, 2017. She is survived by her son, Timothy Tate (Noelle) of Conway; daughters, Ashley Tate (Taylor) of Conway and Sarah Tate of Paron; sister, Delores Shor of Santa Monica, California; brother, Danny of Washington; and grandson, Owen.
