Carl Edward Holland, 67, of Jacksonville, passed away June 16, 2016. Born in Searcy to Raymond E. and Sylvia Sweeten Holland, he was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Linda Kay Holland; children, Carla Holland of Beebe, Charles Holland of Jacksonville, Danny Holland and Lisa Holland, both of Beebe; stepsons, T.J. Holland of Searcy and Lynn Holland of Jacksonville; stepdaughters, Tammy Downey of Cabot and Patrica Stone-Moffitt of Romance; brother, Tommy Holland, Sr. of Mayflower; sisters, Sandra Davis of Beebe and Charlene White of Searcy; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Betty Holland and sister, Janice Kelly.
Services will be held on Tuesday, June 21 at 11:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Memorials may be made to the Jacksonville Animal Shelter, 217 S. Redmond Rd., Jacksonville, AR 72076.
