Carl James Chapman JR. age 60 0f Austin Ar. Went to be with the Lord Friday May 13, 2022. Carl was born on October 14, 1961 in Plumerville Arkansas to Carl James and Deloris Sue Chapman. Carl owned Chapmans Fence Company and worked for the United States Postal Service as a rural mail carrier. Carl is survived by his wife Jeana Chapman of Austin, 1 daughter Amanda Chapman of Sherwood, 2 grandchildren Haven Johnson of Texarkana Texas and Haley Cleveland of Sherwood, 2 sisters: Sandra Harris of Austin and Tina Chapman of Cabot, 1 brother Ricky Chapman of Plumerville, and several nieces and nephews, whom he loved very much. Carl was preceded in death by his parents and 2 infant children Josie and Robert, and 1 brother Ramey Chapman.  Carl was the rock of his family and loved them all  very much. He had a huge heart, his love and laughter will be truly missed. Funeral service will be Tuesday May 17 at 2PM at Smith-Westbrook Chapel with burial in Sixteenth Section Cemetery.
