Carl Frank Carter, 94, of Little Rock passed away on January 11, 2014. He was born in Scott, Arkansas to Newt Franklin and Eula (Campbell) Carter.
He is survived by his spouse, Terri McNeese of Little Rock; sister, Vera Faye Cullum of North Little Rock; step-children, David (Cindy), Mark (April), Meegan (Ron), Michael (Becky), Martin (Linda), Mia (James), step-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Patrick Mark Carter, sisters, Ruby McCallie, Ann Boyce, Leona Red, Viola Hubbell, and brother, Walter Carter.
Funeral services will be held at Little Rock Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 14th at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Joseph J. Loghry officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park in Sherwood, AR. Visitation will be prior to service starting at 12:00 noon.
