Camilla Carlisle Ferguson

Camilla Carlisle Ferguson, 91, of Conway, Arkansas passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by family on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Camilla was born on December 27, 1929 to Elva and Herbert Carlisle in Hickory Plains, Arkansas. She attended high school in Beebe, Arkansas, before attending college at Beebe Junior College. On January 9, 1949, she married Thad, in a union that lasted nearly 68 years.

Camilla was preceded in death by her parents; husband Thad, and brothers Troy Carlisle, Wilford Carlisle, James Carlisle, and Morris Carlisle.

A dedicated mother, she is survived by six children: Mike (Kay) Ferguson of Greenbrier, Bill (Paula) Ferguson of Cabot, Randy (Debbie) Ferguson of Conway, Rhonda Ferguson of Little Rock, Stan (Chrissy) Ferguson of Maumelle, and Kim (Bob) Johnson of Paron; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sister Margie Speight of Hickory Plains.

The Ferguson family would like to thank the Arkansas Hospice for their wonderful care.
