Cameron Smith

Cameron Smith, age 9 and Tyler Smith, age 7, went home to heaven on Sunday, April 27, 2014. Their parents Daniel and April Smith of Vilonia survive them. They also leave behind their grandparents, Jack and Barbara Smith and John and Mary Burkle; aunts, Heather Burkle, Melissa and Christi Smith; uncle, Jason Smith and cousins, Addie, Tanner, Skyler, Jay, Gage, Andrew and Jonathan.

Cameron was known to be kind, considerate, and very funny. He loved baseball, video games, and anything that involved being outside. He was, at 9, a Christ-follower that understood he had to love people. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and showed concern for everyone around him. He will be remembered as a joy and as a child who exercised his faith through his care for people. He will be greatly missed... until we see him again.

Tyler played hard, loved people and was full of jokes. He loved to make people laugh, play video games and play outdoors. Most importantly, he loved Jesus. He had accepted Christ as his savior and knew this meant he was supposed to serve people. This is exactly what he did. Tyler embodied the "Childlike faith" Jesus spoke of in Matthew 18. He will be greatly missed... until we see him again.

A donation fund for the family has been set up at Thatchurch.com.

Services will be held 12:00 noon, Wednesday at New Life Church in Maumelle. There will be a private burial. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
