Cameron Alexander
Cameron Alexander, 66, of Conway, formerly of North Little Rock, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 4, 2011. He was retired from the Union Pacific Railroad and an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed working in the yard and model railroading. Cameron loved his daughter and grandson with all his heart.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Kim Alexander; daughter, Nikki Alexander Ake and husband William; grandson, Liam Nicholas Ake, all of Conway; sister, Suzie Alexander Barton (Richard Holmes), of Benton; niece, Xann Henry; nephew, Stephen Barton, both of North Little Rock; and two great-nieces, Alex Henry, of North Little Rock and Haley Barton, of Maumelle. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip Cameron and Mary Jo Alexander.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 2222, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
