Calvin Cook, 96, of Little Rock died Friday, March 3, 2017. He was born January 28, 1921 in Keo, Arkansas to John and Mabel Hendricks Cook. He was a member of Bingham Road Baptist Church, retired from the U. S. Army and a 32nd degree Mason.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Iva Doylene Barton Cook; daughter, Janet Harper (Kenny) of Bryant; sons, John Jackson (Susie) and Don Jackson all of Redfield; daughter Kathy Keith (Mike) of Conway; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; brother, Bob Cook and sister, Opal Butler.

Calvin is preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Jeremy Harper and seven brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.
