Burness McCraw

Burness McCraw  passed  from this life on August 6, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Ruby McCraw, two brothers, Doyle and Eugene and his very recent loss of his close friend of fifty years, Stanley Fraser. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lynne, many more family members and countless friends.

Burness, or “Quick Draw,” as he was known to his friends, never met a stranger. He welcomed everyone he met. He loved spending time with his friends and did so on a daily basis. He will certainly be missed by all he knew him.

In his younger days, Burness was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. After trying other occupations, he joined the North Little Rock Post Office where he retired after 32 years of service. He loved fishing, horse racing, the Arkansas Razorbacks and St. Louis Cardinals.

Burness lived a full life doing mostly the things he enjoyed and we shall all miss him.
