Brisco Jones

Brisco Nathan Jones, 85, formally of Fordyce, Arkansas passed away October 25, 2020. He was born August 4, 1935 in Gallion, Louisiana to the late Solon and Ellen (Gollree) Jones.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Jones; brother-in-law, Fritz Bargen; sisters, Patsy Bargen and Pauline Jones Beal; and brother, Leray Jones.

He is survived by his children, Patsy Lambert, Billy Jones, and Martha (Randy) Waller; sister, Loraine (Earnest) Harris of Seminole, Texas; brothers, Ralph (Georgetta) Jones of Omaha, Nebraska, Ira (Tom) Jones of Louisiana; brother-in-law, Jay Beal; and sister-in-law, Clare  Jones of Sebring, Florida.

He is also survived by his grandchildren; Nick Matthews, Terry Jones, John (Brianne) Franks Jr., Philip Franks, Ashley Jones, Shala Smith, Victoria (John) Blackmon, Kim (Chris) Lacy, and Chad (Christi) Waller; and his great-grandchildren, Alexander Franks, Emily Franks, Olivia Franks, Ella Kate Lacy, Emma Claire Lacy, Ruby Blackmon, Aubrey Smith, Jensen Smith, Samuel Jones, and Natalie Jones.

Visitation will be from 10:00AM – 12:00PM, Thursday, October 29, 2020 at United Pentecostal Church of Fordyce with a graveside service following at 2:30PM at Extra Cemetery in Hamburg.  Arkansas Covid-19 Directives: Masks and social distancing are required.
