B. Olivia Lea

B. Olivia Lea, 76, of Maumelle, Arkansas passed away February 24, 2023.  She was born in Conway, Arkansas on August 31, 1946, to the late Della Keathley Lea and Ambrose A. Lea, Sr.

She is survived by her brother, Louis Lea of Bigelow, Arkansas and sister, Ginny Musgrave of Sherwood, Arkansas and a host of family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ancil Lea of Conway, Arkansas.

During her working life she did many things. After high school, she attended UAMS School of Radiology and worked in that department. She worked for Osco Drug in the pharmacy division and was an account representative for KARN radio station. She had one of the first Cellular One dealerships in the state of Arkansas.  While living in New York, she married her flight instructor, and they owned an aviation company and lived in Bridgeport, Connecticut. After divorcing, she remained in the upstate New York and Boston area as a rep for Playtex International Commercial Division. When she transferred back to Arkansas, she was a buyer for Dillard’s and then a sales rep for Revlon in Texas and Arkansas.

Although she never had any children of her own, she loved them and worked for many years as a professional Nanny. Olivia was a soft hearted, kind lady. She enjoyed growing flowers and was a wonderful cook.

Olivia was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for almost 30 years and was loved by those who knew her.
