Bonnie Speer

Lloyd L. Speer, 83, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015 and his wife, Bonnie Trammell Speer, 80, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015 after 63 years of marriage. They lived in Plainview, Arkansas. Lloyd was born February 2, 1932 in Alexander, Arkansas to Joseph L. and Stella Lena Barth Speer. Bonnie was born April 26, 1935 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to David and Ruby Carden Trammell Kepley. Lloyd retired from Reynolds Metal Company after serving in the United States Army. They were members of First Baptist Church of Plainview.

Lloyd and Bonnie are survived by two sons, Lloyd Speer Jr., and Tony Speer (Deanne); daughter, Kaye Speer; grandchildren, Crystal, Sky (Cody), Brian (Sandy), Nathan, Nicholas, Natasha (Derek), Michael and Cabe (Christina); and seven great-grandchildren. Lloyd is survived by his brother, Tom Speer; and sister, Stella Gentry. Bonnie is survived by her siblings, Richard Trammell, David Trammell (Sandy), Linda Martin (Wayne) and Allen Trammell (Carol). Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Elza, Curtis, Everett, Bill, Joe, James, Robert and Ernest Speer. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Virginia Stewart.

The family will have a drop in memorial service at their home on Tuesday, June 23 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
