Bonnie Wilma (Bryant) McFarlin, age 90, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away September 6, 2011, at Pleasant Valley Living Center, Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born October 14, 1920 in Cleveland, Arkansas, a daughter of William Jefferson Bryant and Pliney Mary Elizabeth (Branscum). She was the granddaughter of Thomas and Sarah Ann (Garrison) Bryant and John Jackson and Alice (Rose) Branscum. Bonnie Wilma retired from Timex Corporation in 1982 after 38 years of employment.
Bonnie Wilma is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Emmett "Buddy" McFarlin. They were married October 26, 1973 in Morrilton, AR. She is also survived by sisters Willow Dean Mangrum of Niles Michigan and Betty Jewell Bland of Jonesboro and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 9, 2011 at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Burial will be at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
