Bobby Glenn Morris

Bobby Glenn Morris, age 66, of McRae, Arkansas, left this world on April 19, 2021. He was born August 5, 1954, in Beebe, Arkansas, to Lee Morris and Jimma Maxey Morris.

Preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother (Jimma Hampton), one brother (Douglas Morris), two sisters (Mitzi Morris and Dixie Morris Shearer), two sons (Phillip Rawe and John Morris), one daughter (Kimberly Morris Douglas), eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, life partner (Connie Davidson), and many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews..

Bob was an avid hunter and fisherman, and built up a large collection of movie DVDs. He will be fondly remembered for his antics and practical jokes, and his giving nature. At family gatherings, Uncle Bob always had M&Ms for the little ones. He often donated items to the blessing box at McRae First Baptist Church. He liked going to auctions, and would buy things just to give to others. He took care of his father during Lee’s final days, then was a great help to his mother for the past several years.

Services will be held at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 West Dewitt Henry Drive in Beebe, on Saturday, May 1. Visitation starts at 10 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11 AM.
