Bobby Teter

Bobby G. Teter went to be with his Lord on the morning of December 28, 2009. He was born in Green Forest, Arkansas, on January 30, 1934 to Willard and Mabel Teter. Bob graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1956 with a degree in Vocational Agriculture. He then joined the United States Army and served until 1957 as a Medical Specialist. After Receiving an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army, Bob worked for and retired from the United States Department of Agriculture as a County Supervisor for several Counties in Arkansas.
Bob was predeceased by his first wife, Shirley Teter. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of twenty-four years, Rose Teter and children, Pamela Stringer of Republic, Missouri, Darin Teter of Ward Arkansas, Cheryl Delashmit of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Richard Ellis of Little Rock, Arkansas, Chuck Drennan of Sheridan, Arkansas and Charlton Drennan of North Little Rock, Arkansas; sixteen grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. Bob will be greatly missed by all who loved and respected the person he was in his life.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009 in the chapel of Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), with Rev. Deanna McCormack officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Little Rock Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Quapaw Area Council, Boy Scouts of America.
