Bobby C. Smith 72, of North Little Rock passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2009. He was born on March 13, 1937 to George Buford and Verda Ballard Smith. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Rose City Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his daughter, Teresa Kidwell of Mountain Home; three sons, Bobby Mark Smith of Vilonia, Michael Paul Smith of Lonoke and Joseph Chad Smith of Vilonia; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Wayne Smith, T. Richard Smith and Jacky Smith; two sisters, Margaret Cox and Marilyn Tetrick; five step-children; and the mother of his children, Marynelle Grist. He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Smith.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, November 18 at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
