Bobby Roachell

Bobby Glynn Roachell was born to Luther William Roachell and Orban (Jones) Roachell on Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 1939 and passed away on February 26, 2016.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ardith; sons, Shawn Roachell
(wife Melody) and Harold Roachell; sister, Alice Martindale; three brothers, Charles Roachell, Paul Roachell and Thomas Roachell; six grandchildren; Durane Roachell, Stephanie Tinnon (husband David), Dustin Roachell (U.S. Navy), Heather Roachell, Accyllia Roachell and Newton McNew; six great-grandchildren; Rhiannon and Daedyn Roachell, Ryley Lobdell and Peyton Solerto, Jaiden and Dayton Tinnon and sister-in-law, Kim Gravitt.
Bobby served in the U. S. Air Force Reserves. He retired from the Army National Guard and served six years in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S. S. Piedmont AD17 from 1958 -1962. He retired after 39 years as Assistant Director of UALR. He was an avid outdoorsman where he enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 3 at 11:00 A.M. at Faith Baptist Church, 109 Tanglewood Drive, NLR. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
