Bobby Lee Lunsford

Mr. Bobby Lee "Bobcat" Lunsford of Rosston, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 5^th, 2023. 

He was born on November 21^st, 1931, in Guy, Arkansas to the late Walter and Rosa Lunsford.  He was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Dale Lunsford; six brothers; and two sisters. He is survived by his brother, Clyde (Frances) Lunsford of North Little Rock, AR; his daughter, Cynthia Lunsford, grandson, Dust’n Lunsford; great-granddaughter, Hadlee Lunsford; and the mother of his children, Margie Dixon Lunsford Kelley all of Sheridan, AR.  

He answered his country’s call to serve in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was an active member of Rosston Baptist Church, owner and member of Antler Deer Club, the American Cancer society, a loyal supporter of the Nevada County Blue Jays, the Prescott Curley Wolves, Odell and Paula’s, and Barr’s Junction. He loved hunting with family at Antler Deer Camp in Nevada County.  He spent his working life being a diesel mechanic, going to church and hunting.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 pm at New Hope Church of Nazarene, 5519 Attwood Rd, Little Rock. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 10:00 am at New Hope Church of Nazarene followed by burial at 12:00 pm at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors. Pallbearers include Matt Dixon, Harlan Joe Dixon, Justin Nash, David Romine, James Romine, and Azer Dixon. Honorary Pallbearers are Dust’n Lunsford, Wayne Estell. 

A memorial service will be held at Rosston Baptist Church at a later date.
