Bobby Langston

Bobby G. Langston, 74, of Romance, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 18, 2010. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, but most of all he loved spoiling his grandchildren. Bobby retired from Johnson Controls in Geneva, Illinois after thirty years of service, during which time he was a member of UAW. Bobby is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Brenda Langston of Romance; three children, Larry Roberson and wife Tina, Douglas Langston and wife Genette and Sharon Brown and husband Patrick; five granddaughters, Tricia Carabellow and husband Chris, Shannon Yawn and husband James, Niki Moore, Sarah Langston and Annica Brown; one grandson, Larry Roberson, Jr.; two great-grandchildren, Jimmy Roberson and Lily Yawn; and several brothers and sisters. He is also survived by the mothers of his grandchildren, Darlene, Michelle and Mary. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Scott Sparks, and two grandchildren, Jimmy Roberson and Elisha Brown.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2010, at Westbrook Funeral Home.
