Bobby Jack Edwards, 88, of Sherwood, died Friday, January 1st, 2016. He was born February 19, 1927 in Cabot, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee A. and Hester Edwards, and a sister, Ava Parks. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Theresa Moore Edwards of Sherwood, his son, Andy (Shari) of North Little Rock, and three grandsons: Jake (Leah) of Centerton, AR, John, and Jason of North Little Rock.
He was a Navy veteran and had a long career in auto sales. His hobbies included raising and working with Missouri Foxtrotter horses, and he especially loved his family and enjoyed going to many sports activities involving his 3 grandsons.
There will be a visitation at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Graveside service will be Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Beebe Cemetery, adjacent to the high school in Beebe, AR. Officiating minister is Dr. Ken Shaddox. Memorials may be made to Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church Youth Fellowship. Online guest registry at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
