Bobby Ray Battie of North Little Rock, passed away on May 13, 2022.  Bobby was born in Palarm to Obie Mac and Vida Mae Battie on May 4, 1939.  He was married to his wife Brenda Battie for  52 years.  He served in the National Guard and retired from NLR waste water.  Bobby loved music, whiskey, flowers, four-wheeling, fishing and reading.

Bobby was preceded in death by: his parents, Obie Mac and Vida Mae Battie, 2 brothers: Donnie Mac Battie and Roger Dale Battie both of Mayflower and his niece, Melissa Danielle Canon also of Mayflower.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife Brenda Battie, his 2 sons: Michael (Margie) Battie,  Brian (Becky) Battie both of Cabot and his “adopted ex daughter-in-law, Amy Battie, mother of Brandon, of North Little Rock. 6 grandchildren: Brandon (Bo), Bentley (B-Ray), Gage (12-Guage), Sean(Shad), April and Brianna Battie, 2 great grandchildren, his sister Sandy Burgin of Mayflower and many nieces and nephews and lots of friends.

Bobby was loved by all and will be truly missed. His memorial will be hosted by family at 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 21, 2022 at Mayflower Cemetery Pavilion.
