Bobby Wayne Ball age 83, of Bismarck, passed away Friday, May 15, 2015 in Little Rock. He was born April 5, 1942 in Bauxite, Arkansas where he grew up and graduated from Bauxite High School. Bobby was a member of Bismarck First Baptist Church and a U. S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Jacksonville, Arkansas Masonic Lodge. He was a national representative for the American Federation of Government employees where he served as the national vice-president.

He was preceded in death by wife, Anna Mae Ball on February 2, 2015 and one brother, Dale Jr. Ball.

Survivors are three daughters, Patty (Stan) Tinsley of Jackson, Tennessee, Laura (Mike) Smith of Rogers, Arkansas and Karen (Don) Nelson of Edmond, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Kristen (Ethan) Holland, Anna Marie ( Bill) Smith, Brandon (Ashley) Smith, Rebecca (Kevin) Duncan, Amanda Nelson and Lauren Nelson; eight great-grandchildren, Billy Smith, Claire Holland, Taytum Watson, Griffin Holland, Valkerie Smith, Jackson Duncan, Athena Smith and Emma Kate Duncan.

Services will be at 1:00 PM Thursday, May 21st at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Burial with Masonic rites will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Bismarck.
