Bobbie Ruth Tims age 83 of Bismarck died Sunday, November 23, 2014. She was born in Bismarck September 8, 1931 the daughter of Odes and Hazel Green Thornton. She was a retired nurse and a Baptist. She was the widow of Coy Tims.
Survivors inclued three daughters, Delores (Jerry) Turner of Maumelle, AR, Brenda (Ricky) Hasley of Arkadelphia and Rebecca (Larry) Spradlin of Bismarck, one brother, Charlie (Melva) Thornton of Bismarck, one sister, Barbara Godfrey of Bismarck, six grandchildren, Jereme Turner, Sharlee Purdom, Jason Turner, Chad Spradlin, Ann Tracy, and Coy Hasley, four great grandchildren, Alex Spradlin, Taylor Hasley, Trevor Tracy, and Brooks Purdom.
Graveside funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, November 28th at the Hickory Grove Cemetery with Rev. Brad West officiating. Visitation will be 12 noon Friday till 1:30 PM. Mrs. Tims may be viewed from noon till 5 PM Wednesday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
