Blinda Joyce Mross, 62, of Little Rock, passed away February 23, 2016. She was born in Augusta, Arkansas to Noil and Charley Turner Inman. Blinda was a counselor for the Department of Human Services.
Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by her husband, John B. Mross; sons, Shannon Moss and wife, Callie of Cabot and Jessie Green of Heber Springs; three sisters, two brothers and four grandchildren.
