Billy James Williams passed peacefully on April 18, 2017. Billy Williams was born January 24, 1950 to Emmett Williams and Margaret Johnson Parker in Hickory Plains, Arkansas.
Billy was employed with the Campbells and Danny Goodman for many years and had a love for detailing vehicles.
He was preceded in death by his mother Margaret Johnson Parker, father Emmett Williams, two sisters Nancy Johnson Sherman, Tammy Parker Nixon, grandparents, uncles and cousins.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories one son Danny Williams of Humphrey, Arkansas; four sisters Mary Fuller of Beebe, Arkansas, Nezzester Phillips of Little Rock, Arkansas, Vanessa Rodgers of Sherwood, Arkansas, Linda (Morris) Anthony of Beebe, Arkansas; two brothers Scotty (Marie) Parker of Dallas, Texas and David (Myeisha) Parker Jr. of Hickory Plains, Arkansas. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 at Beebe Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
